Montana buckle

Simple request. To make a buckle in the shape of the state of Montana.

Fairly easy to make, and with added ball peen marks, gives it a nice touch. Lightly sanded to accentuate the peen marks and clear-coated for shine.

Custom Penguin belt buckle

This sketch was sent to the customer by me based on a description given to me. I chose the dimensions and exactly how it would be assembled.

Finished. The black of the penguin head is actually a separate piece from the white part. A little bit more work that way, but made the finished product much better.

Big Sur Marathon buckle

This original picture was the base for the buckle design. The first idea was to make a round buckle to mimic these medallions as closely as possible.

The design was then changed to rectangle. It was easier to make this way and I feel it works well like this.

Ta-da! Finished product. I like it.

Spade/heart costume buckle

I had a lot of fun making this one. This is the photo I was sent. I was asked if I could replicate this buckle at least 75%.

I requested the full photo, I really wanted to see the whole picture to try to estimate the size.

Here is the finished buckle. I think I hit the 75% duplication!
Very challenging, very fun to make

Frame

New buckle idea for my shop. Originally a custom piece for a buyer. I liked it so much I put it in my shop. I don't normally use pictures on belts, but I think this one looks good.

Another shot. Nice and simple.

Custom Eyegear

This is the logo I was sent for a custom buckle.

Finished product. Hand cut gear, weld build up on the rest.

Looks good.
