Pokemon, Pokeball

I am not exactly sure what to call this design, except it is a ball/weapon of some sort from the Pokemon cartoons.

Nebraska

Plain and simple: Nebraska.

Aspera Ad Astra

Great design. I loved making the heart/wings. Aspera Ad Astra means
"Through hardships to the stars"

Brass Globs

This particular buckle is an idea presented to me from my father. It took me weeks before I finally attempted it.

Steel backing with globs of brass dripped from a brass brazing rod. Then polished to reveal the shine.

Ironman Medal

First off....no, I didnt make this buckle. This is a medal for finishers of Ironman competitions. It was sent to me to convert to a buckle.

I needed to cut off the top ring which held the neck ribbon, and then used a 2-part epoxy to glue the steel backing which I made to the back of the medal.

Montana buckle

Simple request. To make a buckle in the shape of the state of Montana.

Fairly easy to make, and with added ball peen marks, gives it a nice touch. Lightly sanded to accentuate the peen marks and clear-coated for shine.

Custom Penguin belt buckle

This sketch was sent to the customer by me based on a description given to me. I chose the dimensions and exactly how it would be assembled.

Finished. The black of the penguin head is actually a separate piece from the white part. A little bit more work that way, but made the finished product much better.
